About the Role

As a Customer Implementation & Onboarding Intern, you’ll assist in guiding clients through the initial setup. This role provides valuable experience in client support and process management.

What You'll Do

  • Assist with onboarding tasks, ensuring smooth client integration.
  • Help provide training and support to clients.
  • Document client needs and report on onboarding progress.
  • Participate in team meetings to understand customer needs.

Requirements

  • Currently studying or recently graduated in Business, Communication, or related field.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Eager to learn and support client success.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish; French optional.
